Hi all , I am at the uscis stage but My spouse did not make the minimum income to be petitioner last year however I work seasonal jobs in the us yearly through work visas and I make well over the income requirements I would like to know if we should do file tax jointly and what would be required of me further down in the nvc stage and implications of any ?
