You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

did you guys filed for your kids as us citizens or green card holders? uscis said if your a citizen filing for your kids it will take 14months so for persons waiting for so long that are citizens should do a expedite for their case

@God will make a way some how my daughter case was sent in December 2022 her service center was Nebraska her case at nvc and she already got an interview date my son case was submitted July 2023 his service center is Vermont and we are still waiting
