Hi, Applied for my mother from Newyork i130,i765,i131,i485 National Benefits Center we had a lawyer fill out all the forms PD:3rd July,2024 Biometrics in last week of July Received RFE for 2023 taxes Received work permit sometime in first week of August,2024. sent RFE documents in August,2024 I131 Advanced parole approved 17th December,2024 i130 got approved on 3rd February,2025 on 4th February Received RFE for recent passport size pics Photos received by USCIS on 12th February,2025 i485 approved on 25th Feb,2025 card produced on 27th Feb,3025 green card received on 3rd March,2025 hope our case helps guide someone in their journey good luck everyone
