hello my i129 fiancé was file on July 05,2022 is going to be a year, does anyone know what month they are working and how long is this process. was File in cálifornia center

Ours is also July. I believe they are working on May/June right now.

Pamela thanks for letting me know, is very hard to wait every day I look at the application is very hard I have made so many trips is very hard thanks I will keep you posted on my case

Pamela is correct. They are working on May-June. Right now, K-1 cases with USCIS are taking anywhere between 13-16 months for an approval. Then, you have to wait more months with NVC and the embassy.

Thank you Jessica this a nightmare they tod me this was the fastest and easiest to bring her here , very disappointed 😔. I just need to keep waiting and waiting

they took 16.5 months to send me RFE. I just submit the response. USCIS has begun working on my case again.
