not sure ncb is slow with producing card.... been approved over 26 days now and card haven't been produced as yet...

@kj ward have you tried contacting them and see if you can get a tracking number? I believe sometimes they update “card being produced” a little late sometimes

@Shanice Robinson will I've called they said I should wait and see because they can't do ntn, but if it's over 30 days I can send an E request.. and no it's not produced so won't have a tracking #
