If you have based your case solely on “he didn’t apply anything for me," I highly doubt your case will be approved. VAWA isn't a second chance at a marriage green card.

@don Al that’s not true! you can apply for citizenship 2 years 9 months since GC date period. regardless you lived with him or not.

if your greencard is vawa based it only takes 2.9months before you can file for citizenship, Diversity Lottery and marriage based (if haven’t lived for 3 years together) is when you have to wait for 5 years. if married and have lived with USC for atleast 3 years you can also file for your citizenship, 3 years after greencard.
