it took me 8 months but then i got admistrative processing. how long does that take

I know someone who got administrative processing and it’s been over 6 months

while others only takes a while so I don’t know what there process is and what determines the wait process

@Sam S if it’s missing documents it’s often less than two months but if they ask you for the ds5535 then it’s more than 6 month wait. I’ve been waiting 9 months and someone here has been waiting over a year (march of last year).

@big O that’s makes sense considering now it’s taking a year now from the time u get DQ… next month u should be getting an appointment

I’m DQ on August 18th and I called some one who prepear the paperwork for people he said maybe I will got my appointment the end of this year he make me so mad , I know maybe he just said that to make me not get hope but for sure I’m really soooooo tired and mad they took long time to process the appointment

my lawyer said for DQ October I might get an appointment in September

am July 31 so maybe I get it by July or august because they going so so slow

they gave appointments for some kind of visas three days ago whose the applicant had a green card. Their documents qualified was in 2022. I think that’s why they’re going soo slow these days. I am even waiting for my cousin they gave him Adminstrative Process in March, I feel sad when ever we talk to him we can here the frustrating voice. Soo sad😞

@Omar 2737 there's a June 29 guy in here thats still waiting, which is crazy because there was another guy in here that was DQ June 22 and got his interview a month ago on April 29. their literally 7 days apart!!! something isn't adding up.
