i tried and tried unsubscribe lawfully after my case has a decision and I JUST CAN’T. support not helping. I emailed them…nothing.

you have to that yourself. I f you have android, go to Google Play Store and click under your name or picture then fallow the screen. IPhone, go App Store and click on your picture and scroll to purchase then click it then unsubscribe.
