Thank you so much. It was a long journey not easy to be honest but just need patience. One day you will see the notification with your case. Status has been approved. I got mine after I file a lawsuit by myself in federal court. It was successful a good impact as soon as I file I received the decision in my case. I wouldn’t suggest it if you don’t have a good enough information about the lawsuit because when I did file, they return me many times because I was not able to know how to file the right way, but after a lot of research, I learn from my mistake and finally, I was able to file the right way few days later. Decision has been for the RFE simply it was about my medical exam and that’s all.

Could you kindly share a bit about your lawsuit process — why you decided to file it, seems like it was early to take such action! and why you don’t recommend others to do the same? @Reza’s Resettlement you are coming next I applied on March 2024 my lawsuit waa bc I applied for expedite request they didn’t process it even tho I met the criteria and I am eligible I have 2 reasons one an emergency trip out of the US 2. I am in the marine Corps I served there and if I didn’t have my green card I ll lose my job so that’s why I did my lawsuit also if you are not in rush don’t do it they will send you naturally soon but also if you want to file lawsuit you can do it will a lawyer but I don’t recommend to do it by yourself like me if you are not expert because I almost give up few times after the return my paper, serve it was very complicated because I can be losing everything I put time and money it’s not worth it all this that’s my thoughts
