I still haven't received Biometric appointment
My case was received on November 14, 2022.
On November 29, status change Transfer to another office (NBC).
Till today, I haven't received any other notice for Biometric appointment.
Will USCIS case status reflected when they have scheduled Biometric for me?

You should call NBC about this. biometric appointments are typically 1 month from receipt of I485. it’s very weird that they only send the appointment notice via USPS without a text or email to inform that it is coming. I saw my notice 2 days in the mail to my appointment. weird that my informed delivery didn’t tell me that the mail was coming also.

Yes it’ll be updated on your case status. I doubted that they also send a generic email saying they made changes to you case and ask you to login and check, because if so, I received it way later after I received the notice mailed to me and already done the Biometrics.

@G M: No I wasn’t. the only piece of info was the letter in the mail. couldn’t see that an appointment was scheduled anywhere.

In my experience, USCIS did not update the case status for biometrics appointment but sent the appointment notice by mail. The case status was updated after biometrics were done.

I just finished chatting with Emma agent, and she said they haven't scheduled it, but the chat was ended immediately after she answer

I am in similar situation. filing date oct 28, 2022. today emma agent told me that they were able to apply previous biometrics to my case. hence no appointment.

Lawyer contact USCIS and was told that they will use previous Biometric they have and I will get status updates.
