I spoke to an agent on the ask Emma chat today and they informed me that my I-485 interview had been waived as they do not need it to finalize a decision. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it good?

lies, was told the same thing only to find out yesterday that they have entered my application into the system that schedules interviews. so now just waiting for a date.

Same here! I was told that my interview is waived and they asked me to send medical exam. I sent it to them and after 6 days they put me in line for a interview 😩

@paulina a did they tell you you are in line for an interview? what's confusing me is my case is my case got sent to another FO after 21 months and now I'm gonna have to wait even longer

@dino Dell go to the Emma chat feature and type live chat it will then take you through a few steps to speak to an actual live representative

same thing happened to me today after an agent told me interview was waived. Did u get an interview date scheduled ??
