I think I was me alone I sent rfe 7 months ago 7 days after my interview they wanted my baby birth certificate and still no update I’m so overwhelmed

they ask for birth certificate proof of medical records that I had a baby or religious birth certificate and sent all the birth certificate was uploaded but the others I sent by mail @Marcos Roy

@Marcos Roy and I sent it all it’s just frustrating everyday I keep checking my email for an update some days I even worry I’m gonna get denied but then I’m wondering if I’m gonna get denied why wait so long to give me an outcome 😞

@clear Meeks I am on the same page. I sent it eight days ago. They don’t send me an email or nothing if they got it or not.

@Marcos Roy really call them because they should even acknowledge that they received it they did acknowledge that they received mine they just need to make a decision

@clear Meeks @Marcos Roy same here I sent RFe response 2 months ago. no response or updates online. I heard we have 90 days to response and quick questions is our case automatically denied if they USCIS dont response or we are good because there is a delay on their end. my lawyer said we can always file motion to re open but I don’t want to go that route

@abcd s sigh I call them and they said I sent all the information and did nothing wrong I should just for decision
