I received rfe (request for evidence) june 17 2024. after 10 days i sent my response. after that i dont get any update it almost 4 months now. Somebody tell me how much time it takes.
I received rfe (request for evidence) june 17 2024. after 10 days i sent my response. after that i dont get any update it almost 4 months now. Somebody tell me how much time it takes. i also sent too many requests inquiries but nothing happened.

@hh singh it depends on the office your case is located at, if it’s transferred to one of the busier offices then you would have to wait a while. otherwise you could sue them and resolve the issue.

@hh singh almost 3 month's has past After responding my RFE still waiting for decision. my case was transferred to seattle filed office on August 28

my rfe medical mail was delivered on Thursday and the very next day status changed to rfe received. Waitung on a decision now
