@R S it was pretty straightforward for me. I sent the document ( oath certificate, I-130 approval and pending I-485 to NBC) after a week, I gave them a call it was upgraded that same day. they approved the following day. it took a week

Congratulations!!! So after calling them did they upgraded the approved 130 ? when i call them they say that they can only upgrade the i130 not the i485. When you received the the upgrade email, did it mentioned about the i-130 upgrade or the I-485 upgrade. i am super confused because they say they can’t do anything related to I-485.
