Most likely it’s medical if you didn’t submit it with your initial filing. Same thing happen to me I got my RFIE for medical on the 13th day after filing

@Jessica Lama unfortunately yes. The civil surgeon I went to required me to get the updated covid shot even though I already got them before.

@Jessica Lama I see you’re doing consular processing and your petition is already approved. They will not ask Covid shot as rfe but you will need to do medical exam before your interview. unfortunately,it is a requirement to get a covid shot before coming to the United States
