I really want AP appovral
Any recommendation at this point..?
I chatted Emma yesterday to ask what can I do as it is passing the announced processing time of 10 month at USCIS website. Emma told me just wait until dec-21-23 when I can leave an inquiry for “taking longer than normal processing”.
I know I have options of emergency AP (need evidence) or expedite AP through congressman (still need evidence as strong as for emergency AP). But mostly those evidences should be related to life or death matters of my family which I do not have…. Any recommendation?
National Benefit Center looks like not interested in I-131 approval except closing as benefit received by other means…

@Jun S a good recommendation is to wait. If it isn't an emergency of death or severe illness, then you are going to make angry the agents and that's worse

I am so with you. I have my brother’s wedding in Nov and planned my travel 6 months before. I am on my 10th month and my reason is none among the expedition category. Agent suggested only to wait. unfortunately visiting family should only be medical or death reason. I hear from folks that got approved recently were the ones that applied after April.Counting days with hopes.
