I need to speak to USCIS live agent.

Can you still speak to USCIS LIVE customer service representatives?, I mean actual human being like before and not some st**pd automated Machine? please if so can you share the number? Please not this online number *800 375-5283* the machine doesn’t route my call to human being. thank you for your help.
Q2.
My second question is,
I can’t find my GC around my house i believe due to relocation, and i will be filling for my N-400 in September next month. Do i need to file for the missing GC that i will have to pay for whiles i will be submitting my N-400 with another fees too. Because i will be turning in the GC when the time is up for the N-400 interview and i get approved.
Please can anyone provide some insight?

i spoke to a live agent on Friday with that online number provided… just say Info pass and you will be transferred to a live agent..
