I am in the same position as you my case was send to Potomac after stay at nbc for 18 months then send to Potomac in February it is over the processing time I file the 1-824 form from July 28/2022 so I did everything that you did nothing Smh

@prabh singh I thought about it but lawyers told me that it could be take longer than expected days and it would be effect to my case too. Also Congrassman can’t help to my case they told me it was impossible to get more information I gave them question why they said they don’t gave any information about it and they not able to it and they just denied. I don’t know it will help

I asked Emma for info pass and I get to speak to customer care and that is the time March after they told me to wait for 90 days and I call back that my case is at Potomac I will be calling back this Friday because another 30 days has pass and nothing happen

@Free Palestine 🇵🇸 mine isn’t changed since that I submit the all documents and it’s still processing in the Potmac SC I think they have to send you email notice of you case that they changed the SC

@sophia morse I tried a lot of time they only says to submit a new request or wait . But they can’t tell exactly time that you have to wait only another 30 days 🤦🏻‍♂️😩

no no news I have I get in touch with uscis to ask them when they send the case to Potomac they are saying is last September and is 13 months before it approved I don’t know what to say it is so stressing
