Your priority date changed? or it says Actively reviewed Sep 25,2024. Because August 10,2023 wasn't your priority date. You're saying your petition date changed from August 10,2023 to Sept 25,2024 but August 10,2023 was your Actively reviewed date. So I think what happens is that you got your second Actively Reviewed, which means you're about to get approved. In fact, You probably have the approval letter in your Documents tab. Check your online account

I submitted all documents last saturday I started filling the ds260 and uploading documents on friday and then saturday I uploaded one last document that I was having trouble to upload. And I hope I get DQ'd on friday or maybe next monday. How about you? are you DQ'd already?

@Ivy Vn i have checked my online account but no information was their they only stated it mayl take interval of 12 months which is one year. but I will believe in what you said since they just reviewed my case and the date change to 25th Sept 2024. i will keep checking online. thanks for your information.

Sometimes it could take several hours to get the approval notice. Hopefully you will receive it later or tomorrow

@Ivy Vn I uploaded all the documents a week ago and got an rfe yesterday asking for form 1099 so were hopefully gonna upload that tomorrow. as for all the other documents they got accepted. Do you know if they’re gonna also take a week to review that one piece of paper or is it faster cause it’s just one?

yep, I saw someone post something similar to that on Facebook. His case changed from paper 2021 to electronic 2024.

@Hamza Abdulsattar Someone in the whatsapp group of my country told me she was asked to upload her birth certificate again because it was too dark and they couldn't read it well, and she uploaded it the same day but it took 7 more days to get approved. I uploaded everything I could, I mean, not only what it was asked there but more. I uploaded my husband's 1099, my husband's passport, his divorce decree, his bith certificate, all of that in the Optional documents section. And for me I uploaded my photo in Optional documents because it wasn't asking me for that but I know it's important

@maya sari . greetings 🤗 my application has been approved after they reviewed and change the first date of my application. that means yours will be reviewed and approved by the grace of GOD.

🥳🥳🥳 Congratulations!! Keep in mind that your PD (priority date July 22, 2023) is still the same, they never changed it. You just got a second Actively Reviewed notice on september 25th which usually happens when someone is going to get approved

@Hamza Abdulsattar I've been DQ'd by NVC today. now I only have to wait for the interview letter that is 3 months in my country

@Ivy VN congrats🙏🏼 we uploaded the 1099 on Thursday so hopefully we’ll also become DQ in about 3 days. the wait time in my country is also around 3-4 months😂. seems like our cases are moving together.

@Hamza Abdulsattar Yes 😅 We will get the IL in December. from the IL to the inteview itself is one month and a half. But even if my interview is in February I'll wait til the end of March to travel as IR1 and get the 10 year GC
