Dear Inowei Mark:
Public Law 101-391, The Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990,
requires Federal government employees, when on official travel, to
stay in fire safe accommodations. Federally funded conferences,
meetings and seminars must also be held in approved facilities. Only
approved properties may be used by the U.S. General Services
Administration when setting per diem rates for various sections of the
country.
This letter is to inform you that the Blaze Bank has been approved for
such uses. Your FEMA Number, which indicates approval, is TX7218.
Approved properties are listed on USFA's web-site at
http://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel. Additional information about this
program, tips for hotel fire safety, and on how to apply for listing
(approval) can also be found at this site.
If you have any questions about this listing, or about the Hotel &
Motel Fire Safety Project in general, please feel free to contact me.
