Take heart guys. Mine was initially at Nebraska SC- which was 4-7months, but once they sent me a RFE and I responded, they transferred my case to Vermont SC- which is now 10-13.5months without informing me. I just got to know last week, since I got the RFE in Aug 2020… So those guys are just full of themselves and do what they want when they want it without any remorse or mercy.

incompetent workers at the California lockbox office and all service centers. They don't care how the wait effects people's lives because they are not in a relationship or marriage with someone from another country ! If Biden and his administration really cared about immigration then they would of done something far ago to disolve the growing backlog by atleast opening up more processing centers and hiring more people to handle the cases. They are quick to take your money but could care less about how long you will wait ! This is a sad broken immigration system .....period !!!
jennifer jayJan 29, 2022
@jjp you see they not understand
jennifer jayJan 29, 2022
they don't care about how you suffer
JJ PJan 29, 2022
exactly !! I've been waiting for 10 months for NOA2 for K1 Visa petition. it's ridiculous and now to see the timeline jump from 9-12 months is a slap in the face

a backlog happened. They are severely understaffed as well. When I applied in Dec 2020 for an EAD, the processing times for TSC were bewteen 4-6 months. Now its between 11.5 and 13.5 months. Ultimately it will take anywhere between 14 and 16 months to get your ead, no matter the processing center. And that’s if they pick up the pace, and not be lazy.

Giiiiiirl, 15 months and waiting, multiple SRs, congresswoman appeal and nothing. Renewal at NBC (9-12 months processing time according to the site) and that for EAD…
