I just received this from uscis..is it good sign or bad sign??

that's a notice of intent to deny (NOID). But there is no reason to get alarmed because they give you an opportunity to submit additional documents.

it was NIOD notice intend of denying n my case was denied because of shortage number of days .i did reapplied again because my number of days now is fully completed

Hi @Gk Khan, what happened after you received NOID? I have the same situation. Submitted RFE documents and within a week, today, the status was updated to "Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed". So it is more likely NOID? what are the steps you took after?
