it’s a good sign but some people get approved with any PF. Working Period varies some people get within a month and some had to wait longer for EAD

It is a good sign, however some people get approved without a PF. I filed for VAWA on Nov, 2024 and it took around four months for my EAD+AP to be approved, but it may not be everyone case. There are many factors in consideration for time approvals, like how busy the office is and the category you filed your EAD for, but I hope you get your approval soon! Best of luck!

@Mhd . It’s a 5 year EAD. As a matter of fact, I got approved for it last week and got it a few days after. Hope you get it soon!

@demi lsgvn before the new government I know you could have applied for fafsa once u had a social security number..but that's in NY. what state are u located in ?
