@LivingbyFaith 2019 You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

This was my strategy in case you want to do something to move forward, it worked for me. I did this after calling USCIS to find out how my case was going. I used the request tools, I used the one referring to exceeded processing time, but in reality my case was being processed within the time. What I did was, in the bar to specify the last action on the case, I put that the last action was that they received the medical docs 7 months ago, and then in the same space I explained my desperation and my situation. Two days later they responded by email that they have an excessive workload, and the next day I received approval. I said I had depression and that I couldn't take it anymore, and it's true. It was difficult to wait so long. I lost my dad, grandmother and uncle during this process. @corpl logi

@corpl logi same with me they send me rfe for I-130 15 November 2023 and I respond them back after a month and they put updated on my uscis online account received 17 February 2024 and after that nothing just waiting
