I agree, this immigration process is a fucking joke. No other countries treat their future citizens this way. I’m depressed, frustrated to depend on a bench of clowns sitting on their asses and letting us live a nightmare for years before even deciding looking at our applications. On top of it some of these people working for the government are foreigner families based…. I hope these persons put some work and understand where we come from. I’m so done with it

i wish i could honestly tell uscis what i am going through in my marriage, they probably will not care but maybe they can approve me by feeling bad for my situation 😔

I wish I could tell them that I cannot get a decent job with a work permit where I live because of prejudice and I feel worthless for having a degree and depending on my husband and Uber gig to pay bills they won’t get it because they think everyone that comes to this country as immigrants don’t have goals. everyone’s reply is you don’t meet the minimum requirement for this job. I asked one what’s the minimum requirement she could not answer but I know what it is some ask you don’t have long in the country you only have a work permit with a few months left.

@um ch, @teetee fabulous, @god bless, @Rt gndgd I feel you guys… and sorry for what we are all going through…. 2-3 years to be approved is ridiculous when I’m sure most of our cases are pretty straight forward…

@John Smith If someone told me I would have waited this long, I wouldn't have believed because I think my case is straight forward enough. Other than I've been out of status for a long time. So, if I'm forgiven because of my marriage to US citizen for 3 yrs out of 9. Why do I still feel penalized?😢

@teetee fabulous unfortunately they take any chances when you F up to make it last longer…. I’m clean since day one and yet it lasts forever too. We have to hang in there…. what doesn’t make sense either to me is my jurisdiction for the service center should be California and they sent me to Vermont 😩I know there they tend to be more cranky (maybe the weather 🤷‍♂️)… I lived on the East coast for a while and hated dealing with them there. Here on the East coast they’re more chill
