Anybody can marry whoever they want regardless of their status , but I don’t think you can adjust status if you weren’t inspected at the point of entry or if you don’t have a parole.

If you entered the U.S. without inspection or parole, you typically cannot adjust your status within the country and would need to leave the U.S. to apply for a visa at a consulate

if you have an I94 you can adjust your status but for your case you have to go back to your home country and just apply from there
