I don’t think that’s true. I think the accounts for all in the system. but you don’t get this data on the website. The paid version of this app gives you more details about each group and where you are in it. it’s my understanding that differences in processing time include which field office you have. And in some cases your case might go through faster because you qualify to skip some parts of it. I think service members and people who have been through biometrics recently enough to skip it. you can go to your case status on this app and click “check online” and you can see if it’s been long enough to submit an inquiry.
