Hello, I dont think there is deadline for this, but make sure not to wait too much, since expedite mainly depends on your necessity. you should be needy here. I sent in fax after 2 weeks and still progressing got feedback on acceptance. So, you waiting for 1 week is totally fine.

I also recommend reaching out to USCIS ombudsman. Theres a form you can complete. I did this and finally got my EAD approved on Friday, application date July 28 2022. I really think the ombudsman request helped me.

I don't think there's the deadline but I think the sooner the better :) I also faxed all my supporting documents a day after I received an email from them. It's been 15 days since and I haven't heard back from them yet. Lmk if you hear back from them after sending all the proof.
