good question! I don’t think they denied if you still have a valid job offer! technically you only need to work after have the GC approved

have you received any RFE for supplement J or had an interview ? if not i don’t think they can find out about you leaving your job

well, with e verify records they will find it easily

you still need to submit 485j with new sponsor to be safe.

@Husi siwanda they can check only if employeer using e verify! as of today many employers do not use e verify!

You're not required to work for your sponsor before your green card is approved, and a supplement J should be enough to show that you intend to take the job offer once it's approved
