I got my green card approved last month and also had a TPS process pending that was approved today. Can this affect my green card?

what’s your pd? I have also TPS process Eb3 unskilled,my pd was July 29 ,2020 . it’s current I don’t know how long it takes? case remains pending

my GC was approved on Sept 30th. My PD is April 7th 2021. it is EB-2 NIW.
