this kind of case can take up to 8 years before a decision is made. they do not prioritize these kind of case

The final action date for F4 is March 22, 2007 according to December bulletin. I won’t expect to hear back from USCIS in next 8 to 10 years…Sorry about that…

f4 cases for brother/sister are taking UpTo 123.5 months to 160 months 10 to 13 years), the time factor is dependent upon were you are bringing family from.

f4 category my PD is march 2010 n got approved in September 2014 and nothing after that... from Pakistan.

@ mishal, your case did very good time wise. but now all cases are being held up due to many factors. congratulations for an expedious case, l hope mine goes the same way.

you didn't get a receipt notice from USCIS? this process takes 123.5 months to 160 , months. long process. did you file concurrent forms? also matters which country they are coming from.
