I filed in June 2021 and the last case update was in October 2021 when I did my fingerprint. This is totally unacceptable if you ask me! I have seen people on here who filed after me get updates…

February 2021 here, no decision on vawa and I485 changed to finger prints taken 20 days ago. although they took my fingerprints back in 2021 lol

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

the cases are different, some cases are clear and easy for the office to make a decision, others require a lot of investigation to be sure that everything is correct... so you should definitely not compare yourself to others. others... note carefully that 25% of files are approved... the longer it lasts, the greater the chance of being approved becomes
