my case (i765 C09 - VAWA) is from July 2021, nothing yet. I am still waiting, what should I do ? did you expedite in vermont office ?

Tiago@ 1. you need a job offer letter saying your job role, salary and expected starting date with details of your job and the company. 2. put all the bills receipts like rent, car insurance, car payments, college fees, mortagage bills, medical bills, if you have kids put their medical bills and other bills. 3. I 765 receipt 4. you need to write a letter to vermont saying I have a job offer if I don’t accept this job I will be in a financial loss and hard to pay the bills and food for the family and sending kids to school and say something about the bills and how you are struggling to pay the rent and everything. 5. sign the letter with black pen. 6. staple each documents separately so there is no confusion of mixing the documents that contains more than two papers. 7. go to fedex and send all the documents in an envelope to vermont service center attn: humanitarian unit. and wait for the response.

Authur q@ I just explained to Tiago how I did it. it differ from person ti person about the bills but the process is similar to everyone like I explained for Tiago. hope it helps

that's the first time I've heard you can expedite by just mailing your evidence. Are you sure you didn't just get lucky with normal approval right after?

throw 456@ may be I am lucky and got approved with normal processing, and I had to believe that it was approved by expediting. idk exactly but it was approved and I am thinking it was approved by expediting it.
