@Scarelyn G So all it means when your status updates that your case is actively being reviewed is that your case has finally made its way to a place where they will do further processing of your case and perhaps finally will also make a decision.

If you cannot wait, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
