sorry just saw that it's Indiana. i've got no clue about that court. I'd keep calling each and every attorney though. it probably will cost you quite a bit. worst case try to find a pro bono attorney but you might need to reschedule especially if your currenr attorney is not responding and you can't access any of the things he/she filed. there are like 10 questions over the top of my head so it's a tough situation you're in so maybe the best is to get a reschedule and find a very good attorney to move things forward

@Jemimah Nas the problem is that you can't get a hold of your attorney so new attorney might need to build everything from scratch + probably file everything 15 days to 1 month before the hearing. some judges might ask 2 months even. :/ I unfortunately do not know a good attorney in Chicago it'd be important to have one that is well known by the judges there

try to look for any refugees agency around you maybe they can help specially u have asylum case some they can help or they will send u to some good immigration attorney they deal with them
