I didn’t wait 1 year and filled application
I didn’t wait for 1 year and immediately filled application. Some people say that, if USCIS open my application before 1 year , then they may reject it. is it true? who had such experience????

I applied 6 month before the year and the year already passed, I only seen one case of someone getting there’s reject because they open it before the year. The chances of they opening before the year are very slim they defiantly taking their time

I don’t think it is based on whether they “open” the case to look over it, but when they “adjudicate” that means approve the application. It is taking over a year for them to adjudicate an application, but with USCIS anything can change and it is a lottery. So, it is risky either way.
