when did your Vawa got approved

I did my interview 10 months ago. I never heard from them either my vawa was approved March 2024

@chicharron t sorry to hear this, do you have a lawyer? did you try to talk to your congressman?? how was your interview?

same here, i'm waiting 110 days they told me after 120 you can make some request to seek info, it's like $350 fee

I did My interview the io told me I will hear from them shortly within few days but I never heard from them, I kept calling customer care and contacted Congressman all they kept saying they are conducting Background Checks until they are finished with all the necessary Background checks before they can make Decision. it took about 12 months until one day I received RFE for I-864W and I signed it and sent it back to them, My GC was approved within 14 days. so its depends on your case type
