to get on to a repersentative at uscis call the number on uscis website and say rescheduled interview and u will get connected to someone and they will asked. are you the partitioner n if u r not they won’t give any information, they will ask for the partitioner to call so they can verify they identify.i called 2 weeks ago and I had to add my husband to the call and the same information we seeing online is exactly what they will tell u and they will say check the uscis website timeline😞
