I am so anxious
On March 5th, I found out that my case was approved through lawfully.
On March 8th, my congressman sent me an email, saying that USCIS responded to her inquiry that USCIS is processing 11-13 months cases.
so now I have been waiting so anxiously since then. I haven’t got any paper approval notice. I haven’t seen any updates since “ The card is being producing”
I cannot sleep well. it is just stuck home not being able to drive and work for a year is not good for my mental health.

and the congressman told me two days ago say that uscis told them that they are not producing mine. because they are producing cases from 11-13 months. so weird

it could take 3 to 4 business days for card to be mailed.

mind has been five days and four business days now

last week a lot of cards got approved. it may be taking slightly more time. Hang in there. if it says 'card being produced', it will come soon

@L D focus on what you see on the USCIS website. Some of these congress representatives are lying that they submit paperwork when they did not. Because of the backlog, a lot of persons are requesting expedites through congress and sometimes they get overwhelmed and don't submit some of them

I have seen it a couple of times that the attempt to expedite is failed(like the response USCIS gave the congressman in your case) but then right after that the case is approved. I am sure you will receive your card soon. After they mail it, you get an update with a tracking number.
