my heart goes out to you because I am in the same position as you are and I understand what you mean. They received my paperwork on November 22, 2023 and on December 29, 2023 they are actively reviewing my case and I also sent my paperwork to Nebraska. we should be really close to getting a decision. I wish you the best of luck and I will be reading your next post saying your approved soon. I am missing my husband so much and we talk 3-4 times every day. I am praying we will get a great Christmas present and reading we are approved. The same for you and your wife.

I am fighting to keep hope alive! filed I130 on 9/25, filed I129F on 10/25. went from 13 months to 9 back to 11 months down to 8 months now back to 13 months! 🤦🏽♀️ My request to expedite keeps being denied after 2-3 days of submission 🤦🏽♀️ please someone talk to me…I don’t understand how this works or what to believe, any advice?🤷🏽♀️
