It’s ok. I think it’s pretty common for people who just moved to US to not have credit report. Sadly this is something Americans use for a lot of things so in future I would suggest to get a credit card (be resposible with it because this would mess up your credit AND life if you don’t lol). I also had no credit report, I went to a credit agency website and try to get a score.. obviously there is no record, printed that page and attached it to a sworn signed and dated letter saying I had no credit cards or loans under my name in US so credit agencies are unable to produce a credit report. I think this would suffice as evidence of no credit report

also i am little confused with your overall case:
You have a pending or approved I-130 filed by your mom who is a permanent resident staying in NY and you are staying with your sister, going to school in CA and in B2 Visa!
and you are trying to adjust your status
