i-864 Affidavit of support
Hi Friends,
I have uploaded the i-864 form online recently. I filled out the pdf and elcetronically signed it using pdf editor and uploaded it into ceac portal. Will this work? I have heard people saying they have had problems with electronic signature. So dont want to take the risk.
I am trying to print the pdf and upload the scanned document in additional documents section. However, even after compressing pdf, it is getting larger than 2 MB. Can you guys suggest how it can be done? I tried multiple tools but still am not able to reduce the file size to less than 2 MB.
Any suggestions are welcome

yes a signature and handwritten date are needed. if you have an iPhone I suggest you download an app called “PDF It All” that is what I have used and have had no problems at all

electronic signature won’t be accepted by NVC! must hand sign in with black ink!
