Hi Guys, I am in process of filling form I864 for my parents. I am using my sole income to sponsor them as it qualifies based on the poverty guidelines, however I file joint tax returns with my wife. So when, I provide them the most recent tax return, am I suppose to share only my W2 or my wife’s W2 as well?

@Snover D from what I remember your wife will need to fill out form I-864A…

just send the transcript or tax return consisting of both of you filing as well as your W2. my joint sponsor never had to send her husband W2
