I-824 Delayed, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?
My sister applied for my dad's I-130. My sister is a U.S. citizen.Priority Date: April 8, 2022 I-130 Approved: June 27, 2023 Texas Service Center.
Then we received a notice indicating that we needed to file I-824. My sister filed I-824 on August 7, 2023. There have been no updates since then; they have only acknowledged receipt of our case. The service center handling the case is now Vermont.
Please suggest what we should do.

unfortunately they have the worse processing time. I pray your i824 gets transferred to Texas because Vermont is terrible on processing time 😔

you can write to the service center and they’ll decide if they want to receive it. chat in with a live agent and they can direct you. I’ve been at Vermont almost 2 years with this form
