480 days now I'm waiting

this form always need a time , for me it was asked on approval notice on DEC2022 and i submitted to them on Jan 2023 so they approved it on Sep2023, my advice is that try to contact a senator

@MH Had I did brother 3 times. but 3 times USCIS replied with same things… what was your service center? Time’s being really hardest for me… I don’t know what to do & how to patience… It has been a year. I’m constantly praying to Allah to help me out im just helpless.

@Allah Greatest it was in nebraska, i know its too hard when u happy to get the approval and i-824 faced u in the same approval notice, but for sure bro i think u are close to it, u said u did 3 times was that mean u already talk to a senator, are u usc or lpr

@MH Had yes I did contact to senstor 3 times but texas replied same things under processing will receive within 12 period timeframe… they also send expedite request behalf on me but got denied. And I’m an US citizen

@Myself Mohammed Its very easy brother.. just search in google whoever is your state senator and click onto this…there will have options to contact with senators & click on it then choose your subject like I did immigration & then explain your concerns & send it… after 2-3 days you’ll receive an email from senators office & they’ll be giving you a privacy release form where you’ve to sign it & put all the details & send back to them thru email. after that they’ll create a congressional inquiry behalf on you. That’s it.. I see you & me are same service center.. I pray may Allah help us from this unfortunate pain…

@Myself Mohammed are u a usc, i contact them through thiere website, i explained everything to to him, and he did it , after that i got the approval, in which state are you , so search for the senator in ur state and then contact them

@Allah Greatest No im still in the line wating for my interveiw, i filled i-864 for a joint sponsor, his income is 94,500$,since the petition does not have income or fill the fidral tax

@Allah Greatest yes look bro, for sponsor ur spouse you must meet the minimum financial requirement which is,$30,000 , and u must be a tax payer espicially for the recently last 3 years, so if your income is that u can sponsor ur spouse, but if u did not pay a tax or ur income is below that bumber so, u still have to fill i-864, and u have to fill i-864 for a joint sponsor who is any person can share his income to help in sponsor ur spouse

Im in the same boat as you are.. Applied I-824 on March 23rd 2023 and no update whatsoever ever since then no email or letter nothing.

when you filed your i824 which approval notice did you include the one from online USCIS account or the one they sen your house in the mail ?
