Has anyone ever done form I 824?? If yes, how long u had wait until they send your case to NVC.. TIA.

yes I have don’t it I am waiting 1 year now for that form to approve but it depend on which service center they send your paperwork but mine is at NBC and still waiting for it to be approved best of luck

it worked for me in 1 year+ 5 days.
some had got approval in 1 month some in more than 1 year. so it depends

Depend on service center. The processing time now is 23 months for Nebraska. I've been waiting for 14 months and still no luck

11months at potomac, i did congressional inquiry 2months ago. Nothing yet. I talked to my local congressman he said they are not responding to him. thats weired.
