Anyone knows what is happening here, I submitted and outside of normal processing request for the I-824 because it’s been beyond their normal processing time for Texas service center which is 14 months. I am confused on what should I do next. Do they have a timeline to resolve outside of normal processing times? The I-824 is for sending the petition to the NVC

call uscis and ask for service request, outside of normal processing. The operator will ask for your I824 case number and put a servode request. If after 2-3 weeks you will not receive the decision -> find a lawyer and file mandamus. If you watch on youtube a lot of I824 cases end up ignored. That’s why you file mandamus with lawyer.
