hi guys, my lawyer had filed my work permit under c31 under vawa, now he changed the category and resubmitted it under c09. How long do you think it will take for my work permit to be approved?

@F A I waited 17 months for C31. Do you think they will send it earlier considering the time it took since I changed the category?

@Ko ka I don’t think it has anything to do with the c31 you submitted earlier. I think they treat it case by case and since you’ll get a different case number/receipt for it, It will still follow the normal process. I will advise you send it in as soon as possible
