everyone case is different

@p man I dont even know, I refill it because I file it in the wrong catergory c08, I withdraw it and refile it over in c09 catergory and they send it really quick

@p man I did not use a attorney. me and my husband did it our self, but just hold on put god in front on the situation, I know its frustrating.

@moshemeg i have the same situation plz can u tell if u did mention that yes in the case that is sayin if u ever applied for work permit and u mentioned u got denied bcs of wrong category?

@Lara 🌸 I had a work permitt before OPT F1 student but it expired. So when i got married I file for adjustment of status and file for a new one. But when I file, I file it under C08, but it should have been C09. So I withdraw the application I 765 and file a new one, hope this help.

@Lara 🌸 I send a cover letter to USCI explaining that it was a typo and I file it in the wrong catergory. So thats why it was denied first time in Fed 2025 and I refile it back in march 2025 and they approved it. I came on a student visa, so very ine case is different.
