john B ~ This might be something new. I personally, have never seen that wording or heard anyone here mention it. Maybe USCIS is including this wording as a courtesy to let applicants know a round about timeframe of expectancy for the card. Please keep us posted on when you actually receive the document in your hands & how long it actually took to receive it. This info can definitely help others. Good luck.
